1. What Yield Bud Empire is

A browser simulation and strategy game about botanical growing and running a business. Everything happens inside the game: it is entertainment and education, not a financial service.

2. Minimum age

You must be 18 or older. By signing up you declare that you are. We may close accounts belonging to minors.

3. Closed alpha

• The game is in alpha: it may have bugs, outages and frequent changes.
• Access is by invitation. Codes are personal, work with the email they were sent to, and cannot be sold or transferred.
• At the end of the alpha (or earlier, if the economy needs fixing) progress, balances and items may be reset.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Multiple, automated or reward-farming accounts are blocked.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and email access secure.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

5. $FLORA, NFTs and the market

• $FLORA is an in-game virtual currency. The game’s NFTs (lands, staff, avatars, strains and relics) are in-game items.
• They have no guaranteed real-money value, are not an investment or financial instrument, and we do not promise to buy them back or that they will gain value. $FLORA is never sold for real money and never leaves the game.
• The player market inside the game works only with $FLORA. Trading accounts, codes, $FLORA or items for real money is forbidden, with the sole exception of relics you take out through the bridge (see below). Breaking this may lead to a ban.
• Chests and relics: activity chests are earned only by playing, are never sold for money or $FLORA, and what they contain cannot be bought. Each relic gives a small, capped bonus inside the game.
• Solana bridge: with a linked Solana wallet you can take a relic out as an NFT to that wallet, paying a $FLORA fee that is burned. While it is outside it gives no bonus in the game. Whoever sends it back to the game vault from their linked wallet receives it in their account. There are daily limits, and development team accounts cannot take relics out.
• If you sell or give away a relic outside the game, it is a deal between people: we do not intervene, set or guarantee prices, and we do not replace what is lost through wallet mistakes, third-party scams or network failures. NFT marketplaces may charge a 5% royalty for the team on each resale.
• During the alpha the bridge runs on the Solana test network (devnet), where NFTs have no real value. We will announce it before moving to the main network.
• Prices in SOL shown inside the game use a simulated test balance. The only real-money purchase is the Founder Pack (section 6).
• Linking a Solana or Ronin wallet is only a signature proving the wallet is yours: it gives us no custody or permission to move your funds. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

6. Purchases: the Founder Pack

• The Founder Pack is the only real-money purchase in the game. It is a digital good paid from the game in USDC (a stable digital currency pegged to the US dollar) on the Solana network.
• It includes the "Founder #N" badge, the "Empire Founder" avatar, the titles "Empire Architect" and "Grow Master" (you choose which to show), early access to new features when there are any and, if you want, your name in the game’s and the website’s credits. The avatar is bound to your account: it cannot be sold or transferred. The pack gives no in-game advantage and no $FLORA, and what you pay never turns into $FLORA. Early access is for trying new things first; it gives no advantage in the economy.
• There are 100 numbered packs, one per account. The price is shown before you pay. The buyer pays the Solana network fee.
• The payment goes straight to a wallet of the Yield Bud Empire design team, who receive the proceeds of the packs. The game detects it on the network and delivers the pack once it is confirmed. If the payment arrives incomplete, when no packs are left, or for an account that is already a founder, we send it back to the same wallet that paid.
• Because the pack is digital and delivered once the payment is confirmed, it is not refunded after delivery, except for our own error or what the consumer protection law that applies to you provides.
• A payment sent to a wrong address, or from a wallet you do not control, cannot be reversed on the network: check the amount and the network before confirming.

7. Conduct

• Do not use cheats, bots, scripts or game bugs to gain an advantage; if you find a bug, tell us.
• Do not try to breach security, overload the servers or access other people’s accounts.
• Do not use usernames that are offensive, impersonate others or infringe third-party rights.

8. Theme

The game is about cannabis growing as entertainment and educational simulation. It does not promote consumption or sell substances. Cannabis laws vary by country: everyone is responsible for complying with their local laws.

9. Links and partner brands

The site may link to real brands, such as WOLI CBD. Those stores and products have their own terms and policies; any purchase you make there is not part of the game.

Products containing cannabis or CBD are only sold, redeemed or shipped to countries where their sale is regulated and allowed, and where they can clear customs without problems. If your country does not allow it, we cannot ship or redeem them for you, even if you win a prize or a coupon in the game. Complying with your country’s law is each person’s responsibility.

10. Intellectual property

The game, its art, characters, texts, code and the Yield Bud Empire brand belong to WOLI CBD SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA or its licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your play for non-commercial purposes.

11. Liability

We provide the game "as is" during the alpha, with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress, balances or virtual items, nor for indirect damages arising from the use of the game.

12. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and change the game or these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the game before it applies.

13. Governing law
