1. What Yield Bud Empire is

A browser simulation and strategy game about botanical growing and running a business. Everything happens inside the game: it is entertainment and education, not a financial service.

2. Minimum age

You must be 18 or older. By signing up you declare that you are. We may close accounts belonging to minors.

3. Closed alpha

• The game is in alpha: it may have bugs, outages and frequent changes.
• Access is by invitation. Codes are personal, work with the email they were sent to, and cannot be sold or transferred.
• At the end of the alpha (or earlier, if the economy needs fixing) progress, balances and items may be reset.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Multiple, automated or reward-farming accounts are blocked.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and email access secure.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

5. $FLORA, NFTs and the market

• $FLORA is an in-game virtual currency. The game’s NFTs (lands, staff, avatars, strains) are in-game items.
• They have no real-money value, are not an investment or financial instrument, and are not bought or sold for real money within Yield Bud Empire.
• The player market works only with $FLORA. Any attempt to trade accounts, codes or items for real money is forbidden and may lead to a ban.
• Prices in SOL shown inside the game use a simulated test balance: the game does not charge real cryptocurrency.
• Linking a Solana or Ronin wallet is only a signature proving the wallet is yours: it gives us no custody or permission to move funds. For now no asset leaves the game to those networks.

6. Conduct

• Do not use cheats, bots, scripts or game bugs to gain an advantage; if you find a bug, tell us.
• Do not try to breach security, overload the servers or access other people’s accounts.
• Do not use usernames that are offensive, impersonate others or infringe third-party rights.

7. Theme

The game is about cannabis growing as entertainment and educational simulation. It does not promote consumption or sell substances. Cannabis laws vary by country: everyone is responsible for complying with their local laws.

8. Links and partner brands

The site may link to real brands, such as WOLI CBD. Those stores and products have their own terms and policies; any purchase you make there is not part of the game.

9. Intellectual property

The game, its art, characters, texts, code and the Yield Bud Empire brand belong to WOLI CBD SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA or its licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your play for non-commercial purposes.

10. Liability

We provide the game "as is" during the alpha, with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress, balances or virtual items, nor for indirect damages arising from the use of the game.

11. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and change the game or these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the game before it applies.

12. Governing law
